This would be perfect although it is way too big for mugs. When you use it you need to put your mug in the sink as the chocolate powder spreads beyond the mug opening by far.

Love those powdered shakers, one I have powdered sugar in & the other semolina, the stencils are a neat addition that allows you to to take your espresso, chocolate drinks & desserts to the next level. Great quality shakes, very solid, great value, highly recommended!

These are really nice shakers! I was so sick of the small aluminum sifter I used for years to dust powdered sugar on cakes and cookies. A lot of sugar was wasted when it dusted a heavy layer on my baked goods, and it was finally starting to rust. I had a small plastic-covered cup for sprinkling, and that never worked well either. These beauties are just what I need! These stainless cups look great and are perfect for powdered sugar, seasonings, and spices. One cup has a fine mesh lid and the other has larger sprinkling holes. Although they are larger cups than I am used to, they both come with a plastic lid which allows me to store whatever I have in them keeping things fresh. Now I don't have to empty and clean my old utensils after each use. If that weren't enough, the package also includes 16 plastic stencils to make designs on pies, brownies, cakes, cookies, and hot drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolate. This is a great set of shakers! I would definitely recommend them!
