Use this for streaming and YouTube vids amazing quality

I almost threw this thing out twice within 15 minutes of opening it! Because I couldn't figure a couple of things out. One I couldn't figure out how to take the stand off which seemed to be permanently affixed to the camera. I thought you pried it to get it off but that didn't work. So fortunately before I ripped it off I checked on YouTube to find out how and there's a very easy way for it to come off -- you just twist it from left to right a couple of times and pull a little bit.But the other thing was I had an ancient Logitech Brio camera that I was replacing and its highest resolution was 1080p. I got this camera because I wanted a 4K camera, although I had read a couple of reviews that said it wasn't really 4K. But I thought I would give it a try and if it wasn't I would send it back.When I first installed it I simply unplugged the old camera from the usb cable and plug this one into the same cable. But the weird thing was no pop up came on the screen saying new device installed. And when I open the Logitech camera software it suddenly didn't detect any device. So, I thought maybe this camera doesn't work with the Logitech software. Not that I care that much about it but it seemed to be the only software I could find where I could make adjustments to the color and lighting and all that. And it seemed to be the only software where I could change it from 1080 to 4K.So then, I thought maybe it was because I'd plugged it into the same cable and the computer just didn't recognize that a new device had been plugged in. So I thought, well just unplug the cable from the computer and plug it back in then that should force it to notice. But I thought if I'm gonna go to that trouble I may as well use the new cable as well. I don't know if there's any difference between these two cables, they look exactly alike. But once I plugged it in with the new cable, the computer did recognize there was a new device, which it may well have done anyway if I had just unplugged the original cable and plugged it back in. So I'm not sure whether it mattered but, I'm just telling you what I ended up doing - in case you might be in the same situation.Once the computer recognized it then the Logitech software that I've used for years was able to open it and work with it and I was able to change all the settings. And I was happy to see that it did have the 4K setting available now which had not been available with the old camera!But that still didn't mean it was necessarily 4K. I had, after all, read a few reviews that said it wasn't truly 4K. So, I restarted the computer and made a quick video in the same style as all my videos so I could easily compare. And there was a huge difference in the visual quality! This camera was much, much better. So yes I can verify that it is indeed 4K. And the file sizes will attest to that as they are huge compared to 1080 files!Anyway, I went from being very disappointed with it in the first 15 minutes of opening to being very happy with it after 30 minutes. So, I think it's a great camera.HOWEVER, Logitech really needs to include some basic setup instructions so people have an idea what's going on. And they need to make clear that it does in fact work with the old Logitech software. On their website they recommended using it with the windows camera software. But, that software sucks and I don't think it has a way to change the lighting and resolution settings.

Bought for my daughter.She is very pleased with it. She uses it daily for work.

I had to use it first and make sure it is what I wanted before I write a review, I was using Logitech c922 before and I’ve got issue with the light corrector but this one is so much better, I was worried but in picture quality or light it is better than the logi c922 or the c950 , I’m using it on a MacBook 2024, you need to download the Logi Options + in order to zoom in and out but that’s fine.

La mejor cámara web para hacer streamings. Fácil de instalar y ajustar

Llegó en perfecto estado a mi ciudad en Colombia. Excelente calidad de imagen, la recomiendo.

la camara si presenta una buena calidad de imagen, pero pasados unos dias de uso su cable falla, supongo que se debe a que es de conectar y desconectar, si quieres moverla mucho de lugar dara fallas tengo dos de la misma referencia y esto siempre pasa, incluso ahora venden un soporte para el cable.

The picture and video quality is amazing. Works seamlessly with zoom, teams, google meet, FaceTime. Installation is pretty easy, it’s just plug and play.The sensor is pretty decent and you can use the logitech software to configure the lighting, field of view.The microphone can be improved.

Después de ver videos de comparaciones y reseñas de muchas webcams, me decidí por esta y no me arrepiento para nada. Quería la mejor calidad que pudiera obtener sin tener que comprar una cámara profesional para poder hacer streams y quedé muy sorprendida con todas las posibilidades que esta webcam me brindó. Estuve a punto de cancelar mi pedido porque vi algunos malos comentarios pero que bueno que no lo hice!Te platico que de fábrica no te va a dar la mejor calidad ya que para esto tienes que configurarla. En mi caso, no sé mucho de video pero me ayudé de distintos tutoriales para llegar al resultado que ves en la foto, te recomiendo hacer lo mismo si te identificas con mi caso.La configuración que modifiqué fue desde el g hub de logitech que te recomiendo descargar si o si; también ajusté algunas cosas en obs y por último añadí el efecto de desenfoque de fondo desde el broadcast de nvidia (necesitas tener una tarjeta gráfica de la marca para usarlo). Dejo fotos de la configuración que tengo por si sirve de referencia pero realmente te recomiendo tener buena iluminación en el espacio en que la usarás, que te veas algunos videos de tutoriales si no estás muy familiarizado con estos temas y que vayas moviendo cada ajuste poco a poco hasta que encuentres la configuración que más te gusta!Si tengo algún problema con la webcam actualizaré la reseña.

Muy buena la cámara logitech, al menos hasta la fecha que lo estoy escribiendo es la cama alta que tiene esta marca.En los comentarios hay muchos que están en contra de su calidad pero debo de decir algo al respecto, si no saben manejar la iluminación y aunque tengan la mejor cámara del mundo, no lograrán una buena imagen. Si no tienen una buena conexión a internet olvídense de hacer buen streaming.La cámara es de muy buena calidad con excelentes prestaciones y un muy buen software diseñado por Logitech que realmente la recomiendo, Pero hay que saber usar otras cosas como la iluminación reiteró y saber un poco sobre cómo programar los fotogramas no nada más es picarle quiero imagen 4k y ya listo depende mucho también del procesador de su computadora del buen internet que tengan y de la iluminación no me cansaré de repetirlo
