Part was not all that flat, but appeared to flex enough that it would allow the gasket to seal. The seals looked pretty good and you get good hardware to assemble to the engine. The gasket was nice and sealed well, the tube of sealant was USELESS as it was completely hardened. Overall i made it work and it seemed to fit decently.
