THis slide hammer is nicely finished and well made - the slider is very heavy compared to others Ive had. the main rod is 12mm/1/2" diameter to give good energy transfer.The puller adapter plates have a nice black ixide finish, seem to be heavy duty and thread onto the puller perfectly with no effort.There are other adapter heads availablt too in other sizes and configurations,

This is a very nice tool that exceeded my expectations and made a recent ATV repair a lot easier. The slide hammer is nice and hefty, so I was able to remove a jammed up axle with just 3 good hits. The tool is very well made and easy to use and I am more than happy with it.
