Hand sleeves are ok but the shirt itself is too short. I ordered size L but it feels like size S.

This product does the job and the thumb hole is awesome, but it runs small. I always bought large because I am 6”2 210lbs, rides up my back and extra snug, so get a size up.I would give 5 stars but 4 because of the size issue
