Recently purchased 3 of these for my bar. They are simple to set up and use, right out of the box. One of the units had a problem so I called customer service. Ron diagnosed the problem on the phone and overnighted me a new scanner at no cost. Can't say enough good things about the product and customer service.

We bought this so we can scan id's at our events. We have gun raffle where gambling and alcohol is and we card at registration. It makes it easier and faster for our registration guys to know if they can drink or just gamble.

It took less than one minute to set up and use the MinorDecliner. It worked immediately. Excellent product .One of the best features of this scanner is its accuracy. It quickly and accurately scans the ID and pulls all the necessary information, such as date of birth, and drivers license expiration. I no longer have to worry about manually calculating the age or making mistakes during the process.Another great feature is its speed. I can scan an ID in just a few seconds, which is a huge time-saver. This means I can serve more customers in less time, making my business more efficient and profitable.The cost of making a mistake and getting a fine is getting much worse now. As someone who works in the service industry, I have used several ID scanners in the past, and I have to say that this one is by far the best.First off, the build quality is top-notch. The device is solidly constructed and feels very durable, so I'm confident it will last me for years to come. The scanner is also very easy to use - all you have to do is hold the ID card about 3" from the scanner, and it will automatically scan the card and display the results on the screen. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it is, it only takes a second or 2 to read the information on the card.What I love most about it however is how accurate it is. I've had issues with other scanners in the past that would frequently misread information. This is much easier than trying to figure out someone's age manually. This scanner will save me a lot of trouble and prevent staff from accidentally serving minors.Overall, I can't recommend this ID scanner enough. It's well-built, easy to use, and incredibly accurate. If you're in the market for an ID scanner, this is definitely the one to get.
