This is a good kit for mounting red dots. It offers a variety and diameters and lengths that should fulfill most mounting needs. The screws appear to be of good quality and I'm sure they will hold up. I recommend this kit.

If you use a lot of red dots and different mounts, having a pack like this on hand is always a good idea. The screws are as high quality as anything OEM, and they come pre-dipped in Loctite. One thing I really like is they are actually bagged by size, and all of that is in a larger bag, so it is really easy to keep these organized and on-hand if you need them, which you will eventually, as red dot screws tend to strip out on the head when remounting or changing batteries. Will likely pick up the other sizes just to cover all my bases.

Mounted a Vortex Red Dot on a G19 with no issues. Make sure you use the correct length screws because if they are too long on the extractor plunger side of the slide and it's a through hole it will bind the plunger and not eject properly.

The screws will come in handy. I have several older red dots that have the battery underneath and when I remove the optic. I like to replace the screws at the same time. These screws are good quality. They came with a variety of sizes and already have thread locker applied. Nice product.

Over time sometimes the Screws that are holding the Red Dot to my Firearm may come loose and worst case scenario they'll fall out and I'll lose them!This RMR Screw Set is the perfect thing to have in your range bag as you can quickly replace any Screws that are missing! The great thing is these Screws are strong and look exactly like the originals that came with my kit! They also have Blue Loc-Tite/Threadlocker already on them so it'll prevent these Screws from coming loose and falling out again!I absolutely love this product and it's definitely important to have in your range bag!! Nice assortment of various sizes of commonly used screws for mounting a RDS onto typical RMR mounts (mounting plates or RMR slide cuts). The threads come in three sizes (#6-32, #4-40, and M3.5). 4 different lengths of the #6-32, 3 different lengths of the #4-40, and one length of the M3.5 are provided, each packaged neatly, organized and clearly labelled in small zip lock bags for convenience. Three screws of each size/length are provided. Since mounting screws are usually used in sets of two, the extra screw of each size is very handy in the event that one screw becomes lost when removing and replacing your RDSight. I wish that more lengths of the M3.5 screws were provided as my RMR mounting plate happens to use the M3.5 screw size, although the use of a M3.5 thread size is admittedly less common than the other thread sizes for RMR mounts. All screws come pre-treated with a coating of blue loctite-type thread locker, however, I prefer to routinely add a fresh application of Loctite Blue 242 for peace of mind as recommended by many gun/sight manufacturers. The screws held up to the typical recommended torque in my case (17inch/lbs but commonly between 15 and 18 inch/pounds depending upon the specific specs of your sight/mount) without breaking nor stripping of the T10 torx “star” pattern driver head. So far my RDS is holding strong without any problems.
