Fit perfectly on my 2024 Honda rebel. Though I would add some really thin plastic wash washers between the the middle of the back rest. I got some pretty good scratches installing it because I just put metal on metal. If I was the person designing this, I would extend the width of bit by a few millimeters and lengthen the screws to accommodate some plastic or rubber buffer washers to avoid this.
