Feels wonderful compared to my old straight Fairmont tongs. Although they stopped making them with the solid hinge pin, the coated handle feels nice! These new tongs will go in my work toolnbag and my straights will go in my side work bag. Looking forward to using them at work!!

The offset is perfect for making drives for fabricated duct work. However they are substantially heavier than comparable brands.

quality architectural sheet metal tongs. PLEASE if you are installing architectural sheet metal, ditch your duct tongs and get the right tools

They work great. I love the grips. Just the same as the older fairmonts, but with grips. I highly suggest these for metal work.

im a curved handle buy. especially for getting in tight spots. the grip is a plus and u cannot beat the price or come close anywhere. These are the best tongs a tinned can get. all the guys in our local union (33) (Cleveland) use them. should last an entire tinners life unless it is stolen of course.
