It’s a great vise grip which will serve most peoples purposes. Use it regularly in an industrial welding shop and my only issue is it’s not as strong as a traditional vise grip would be. However, don’t let that discourage you, it’s still very good for 90% of jobs.

The small pin that allows quick adjustments for various materials and thickness just keeps falling out. I tacked it in place. It helped, but that counter acted the ease of said functions. I thought these clamps/pliers would have better functionality in their construction, alas do not, and without the pin they are useless.

Springs open from the slightest touch, new out of the box. Other strong hand tools seem decent so far, but this is NOT worth your money.

I have a welding business that's been open for over 20 years. These particular pair suck. You think you got it super tight on something and it generally springs open and smash your finger. Go with play vise-grip. These are complete garbage.

When it's engineered in the USA and made in China you get what you get. I was expecting more from this company. The set pin for movable jaw is improperly set causing some alignment issues.
