It's a pretty easy install. It is nice to have, but closes and opens hard. It also has some small air gaps, not sure it is an issue, but I needed a replacement cover and it's nice to have storage.

I previously had a 2095 Sportsman with storage in the front and wanted the same for my upgraded 2014 sportsman’s now. The front box is sturdy and has more room than I had before. I selected this box over aftermarket options for it hard durablility and fact that it does. It block the front headlight. The only reason I did not rate 5 star was directions were not 100% clear. Some small parts based on what machine you have and I had to figure out which option I needed.

I love this!Not huge, but big enough to carry a hand saw, and other tools for maintaining trails. As well as other items.Well constructed. I can stand on it without caving it in (180 lb), and appears to be water tight!Everything I have put in it has remained dry!Front light is unobstructed.CON:Wish there were anchor points on the top of the cover so I could add other items and still be able to open the cover.If you sue Bungee straps to secure anything over the top of this you can not open your cover.

Valuable storage space, I love it. Went on extremely easy and only took a few minutes.I see some of you concerned whether or not it will fit. I have the 850 HO XP w/ EPS and it fits fine, no problems. So if you have any of the XPs, 550, 850, or 1000 it will fit. As far as the others, I do not know.

i bought this to add some easy access to the front of my 2010 polaris sportsman 850 xp.pros,does the job well (installs quick and easy and doesn't move)fits a good amount of stuffkeeps stuff drylow profilecons,does not lock well, only rubber latches
