I got this for doing weighted hip thrusts - it seemed like a good option for it.What I don’t like about it is that it falsely advertised that it “features grippy silicone lining”It absolutely DOES NOT have any silicone on it anywhere. It’s just fabric, pleather, some nylon straps, and plastic buckles. The only silicone on this is reserved for the brand name. Maybe the description was written by AI and it didn’t know that the product doesn’t have any silicone grips, I’m not sure, but either way it is false advertising. For what it is, this thing is overpriced. There are a lot of better options out there. It tries to set itself apart by using pleather. Unfortunately, I’ve tested the pleather and it is thin. It will likely start to deteriorate after a couple of years in a moist fitness studio.Does it work? Yes – it does work. Make sure you make it tight though or it will start to rotate around your waist because *ahem* IT DOES NOT HAVE SILICONE GRIPS. The buckles and the Velcro make sure the weight at least stays in the same place on the belt itself. They are sturdy and I tested them with a 30 pound weight – they held up. It also has a lot of slack in the nylon belts, which makes it easy to adjust and adapt to a lot of situations and body sizes.Overall, I would only buy this product if there are no other options. It does work, but it slips around your waist unless you really tighten it down and falsely states that it includes silicone grips in the belt.

This is a great option for doing hip thrusts in a small home gym like mine since I don't have a barbell. I just keep a pair of heavier dumbbells attached so I don't have to keep switching out weights. As I get stronger I'll probably buy some heavy kettlebells as these will work great with this belt, too. Keeps my hips and buns in shape!

I ordered this because I am a larger person and it's really hard for me to do hip thrusts at the gym because the barbells don't lay flat, and if I use dumb bells, they just dig into my stomach and I feel like I am not getting a good glute workout. This thing is a bit awkward to use, but it REALLY helped me be able to use the correct amount of weight without it digging into my stomach or pubic area. I really would have liked it in a color that was NOT pink, but there was only pink, so I went with it. It's definitely a bit awkward to use and figure out the first time, but once you get it, it's not too bad. I'd buy it again (not in pink), if I needed another one.

This is super lightweight yet heavyduty enough to hold the dumbells on the sides with extra security (thick velcro + enforced large quick release buckles). It is comfortable for those with 23” all the way to 46” inch waist/hip area, probably give or take. I haven’t used anything heavier than 15lbs on each side (so 30 lbs total) but I imagine 20+ would be ok but if you consistently use it over a long time I would imagine it would hold well but the pink material (pleather-like) itself may not do so well with rigorous workouts with super heavy dumbbells but I imagine it would still be fine to use! There’s a large quick-release buckle for the dumbbells in front and a large buckle for the back where you would clip this around yourself and it feels very lightweight yet sturdy. Because of its lightweight feel and look it may not be everyone’s preference since it’s not extremely wide or thick but I still highly recommend this for those hip thrust home workouts in the privacy of your home or even the gym if you felt comfortable enough!

We added this premium microfiber leather hip thrust belt to our home gym setup. It’s made incredibly well—the materials feel sturdy, thick, and high quality. You can tell it was designed with both durability and comfort in mind, which is important when you’re using it to load up for serious lifts.Right away, I noticed how comfortable it is during use. The padding is soft but supportive, and it stays in place without sliding around mid-set, thanks to the anti-slip design. That’s huge for hip thrusts and similar moves where stability matters. The adjustable strap makes it easy to fit different body types, and we’ve both used it without any issues. The color is also a nice bonus. Beyond the aesthetics, though, what really impressed me is how securely the straps hold dumbbells, kettlebells, or plates. No shifting or wobbling while working out, which gives you confidence to push a little harder.Overall, this belt is a fantastic addition for anyone looking to level up their lower body workouts at home. It’s going to get a lot of use in our gym.
