I am SO DISAPPOINTED after I decided to splurge and ordered this expensive chair with great reviews but received this product with so many missing parts!! Mainly ALL the screw and bolts that puts the chair together, the tools to be able to, and a plate. I am missing the following parts and all the quantities associated with them:I (lower connector*1)L (M6x25mm screws*11)M (M6x30mm screws*4)N (M8x50mm screws*4)O (M8 screw nuts*4)P (M6 screw nuts*12)Q (wrenches*2)R (14mm wrench *1)I am willing to keep the parts that I have and have the missing parts sent to me ASAP. I am about to start a work from home job for the first time and was really looking forward to using this chair.

It does indeed let you fold your feet under you so your feet dont fall asleep and can put yourself flush to a desk. Just make sure the desk underneath is high enough and wide enough. This chair is big. Its a little hard to maneuver cuz the top bit swivels one way and you gotta scoot the bottom part which ruins the top comfyness you had. For my feet not falling asleep i gave it a 5 star. But the wheels are just standard, not super rolly which i guess isnt a feature so cant unstar them for that. I do wish the tiny back support would recline just a tiny bit. But the back support is super small. If i wasnt scared of falling backwards the back support would be perfect for back cracking tho
