What is with the beeping!?! You can’t turn it off so if you want to dry hatch you can’t. You also can’t adjust the humidity or it beeps at you. The fan self in the incubator is also loud. I put 20 eggs in this one and my other incubator none of the eggs in this one hatched all the eggs but two in my old incubator hatched.

Arrived and excited to use it but it is missing the piece (arm) that rotates the egg tray. Also, the A/B/C pieces do not align properly. Not sure how to fully close them without breaking the plastic. Disappointed when I had collected the eggs to use only to find I can’t start them.

Cannot get them humidity alarm to stop!!!! It constantly keeps if humidity is under like 70 and I only want it around 40-50! It beeps constantly!!!

This incubator I bought to hatch chicks with our kids. It was so nice at first everything worked fine and was easy to use. On day three the alarm started going off for the humidity and I went to check it the humidity was so low so I pushed the water dispensing button and the screen says it’s dispensing water but the wheel to dispense the water isn’t turning at all. I contacted the seller and they asked for a video but Amazon says the video can’t be sent so the seller said the email them a video and I haven’t heard anything back all day. I bought this because the reviews were good compared to other incubators but for the price I would expect it to work better and the customer service to be better.

This is a fantastic incubator. I had a great hatch rate. It is easy to use. I love that the moisture automatically controls itself with the tubing. Initially the tubing wasn't sucking water but after I cut the small part of the tube a little smaller it fit snugger on the wheel and began sucking water. I recommend this incubator. I have tried several others before and this one is by far my favorite.
