Purchased this radio, the set up directions could have been described better. The dimmer is great and the presets are also a nice feature. We do like the radio, love the light wood grain cabinet. We only had it for 1 day, so we will see how it goes. Its nice that it came with a remote.

I have had this for about half a year. It is not intuitive to use. I wondered why it changed stations sometimes, it turns out I have the alarm 2 set. It is not obvious how to clear that, I will have to get out the manual. I have never had a clock radio that is this non user friendly to use. It does have decent sound. Yet, I am thinking of replacing it if I have to refer to the manual to do anything at all.

I am returning my WR-22 to Amazon because of a quality control issue. The manual told me to press the menu button until the screen displayed the mode I wanted to adjust, such as the clock. Adjustments would be done turning the tuning knob, but this only worked sporadically. The radio looks fine and sounds great, but setting up the features was a nightmare. The Amazon tech person agreed that the device was not working properly, and I chose to get a refund rather than try a second WR-22.

Bought this for my Mom for her birthday, works great, great sound and my mom is real happy with the Radio on all fronts.
