Great neoprene sock, I use these in winter over my socks to keep my feet warm and dry, you can literally just wear socks and these neoprene socks with no boots and your feet will still stay warm & dry! I really cannot say enough about these they are very versatile, as I use them when I go 4-wheeling as well for the exact same purpose that I use them in winter, to keep my feet warm and dry. Other uses have been paddle boarding to help keep me on the board and keep my feet warm and dry, and also at the beach cause I don’t like walking on all the debris or funky texture things like shells, seaweed or glass 😳

I ordered the size that their charts claimed would work with my shoe size and couldn't even begin to get my feet in them. Rather than facing the hassle of returning, I gave them to my daughter.

I bought a pair of fairly thin neoprene cycling socks from Colorado Cyclist, years ago, for cold-weather cycling, and have been looking for something similar ever since those gave up the ghost.I've finally found them - these are thin enough to work with my existing (Sidi dominator) shoes, if i just loosen the straps a bit, and are much warmer than a wool sock of equivalent weight. Some reviewers have given these socks low marks for not being waterproof. I've never had a waterproof sock and can't imagine how it would work - if i want to keep water from running down the sock and into my shoe, I use gaitors. Not really practical for cycling. You can also use a vapor-barrier sock liner inside of a thicker sock (I've done that on occasion when snow-camping) but there's no preventing your feet from getting awfully sweaty. In my understanding, the whole point of neoprene is that you don't have to keep it dry - these socks will keep your feet warm even if they're soaking wet, and what I really want to avoid is frost-bitten toes when doing a fast mountain descent. In my experience these work better than even heavily insulated booties around the outside of the shoe, For extreme cold, I use both (neoprene sock and heavy-weight outer booty).Haven't had these long enough to weigh in on durability, but in all other respects, a great product.

I gave it two stars because I received it earlier than I expected, anyway I bought this socks for my husband because he works reconstructing and maintaining sewers so he obviously needs water proof everything..He uses the Mickey Mouse boots with this socks(and any other socks) needless to say he got his feet wet, came home with the socks in a plastic bag. Thank God he always has a spare pair of socks and some plastic bags they use on their feet inside the boots. He wanted to send them back but I told him no because well "he works inside the sewers"!!! so we threw them away.

Basically these are thin diver booties that don't work quite as well as I had hoped. But that may be me, I tend to have cold feet. They don't breathe, and so by the end of your ride your feet are SWEATY. I'm glad I saw the advice that they run small. I have small feet, ordered Large, and for a comfortable fit w/o wearing other socks inside them, they're just about the perfect size. So far my best results have been wearing a pair of regular, K-Mart type athletic sweat socks inside of the Neosock. What I think I'm going to do is to get some real Winter socks, and get XL or XXL so that my feet aren't squeezed, wear the socks inside the neosocks, then take the soles out of my bicycle shoes to make sure my feet have plenty of room. To summarize, they're good, and unless you are prone to cold feet (which I am) they should keep your feet warm. They keep my feet warm enough longer than any regular socks I've tried. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend, with the advice to get them big, and wear some kind of winter sock inside the neosock.

These socks are great for any cold weather pursuit. Unlike many cold weather socks these stay on your foot very well. No shifting inside the boot. I wore these last month for a camping trip in frozen Minnesota. I usually sleep with my socks on. These made my feet too warm! They do a great job, but for me once it gets above freezing they are too much and my feet sweat more than the sock can wick away. On the plus side they dry very quickly for when temps drop.

I would suggest getting a size larger than you think you need. I normally wear a 10.5 shoe, but the large here was quite tight. Sizes according to the package are SM 4-5 MD 6-8.5 LG 9-11.5 XL 11.5-13, all mens sizes, add a half size for womens. I kind of guessed on sizes because Amazon's sizing info does not really help. The other reason for a size larger is that you will probably want a liner inside to soak up sweat or else your foot and ankle just stay sweaty. I assumed they were waterproof, but it says right on the package, "Constructed with seams not sealed." I have yet to run through any big puddles while wearing them, but my feet stay warm and dry while running in deep snow with snow in my shoes. On the positive side they are really warm. They make getting into boots and shoes really easy. They are pretty thin so you can still wear regular shoe sizes. They seem to be quite water resistant and wind resistant. For the price I am very happy with them so far, just wished I had got a bigger size.
