So sad this didn't hold out. We used it for 3 months while travelling the USA. It now has small holes all over it as if the material may have been defective or just plain worn out.Need to buy another one, but worried it will be the same issue.

We purchase this May 2024 to cover our 2 rad plus 6 bikes. It have worked very well over many miles as we are full time RV people, we travel thousands of miles a year through all kinds of weather. This cover stood up to everything until one day it didn't. The seams on one side gave way and the zipper is coming undone.Contacted Team Obsidian via email just after New Years, already have a complete refund in my account and I do not have to send the hurt cover into them. Great customer service, too bad the cover didn't last, but it was good while it did work and we put a good amount of miles on it.

This product fit well over my bike's and carrier. However, when I took it off after the first time I used it which was for a vacation trip - my bike's were covered with a fine black dust. This turned out to be the waterproof coating of the cover which I can now see through in numerous places. Also, one of the lashes broke even though I had tightly fastened down the cover to minimize the vibrations from my highway driving. I wish I could return it but the return window was only 30 days and I didn't use it till my vacation which was 45 days after purchase.

This is a very well made cover for our two e-bikes.It is a heavier nylon with translucent panels that help the signals to be seen through them.We have a read camera that monitors behind as we're driving. There is no movement in the material as we are driving.We drove about 600 kms on our 1st trip and everything was perfect.There is a cinch pull around the receiver that's a bit tricky to get right, but this cover completely encapsulates not only the bikes but also the bike rack.Unfortunately the licence plate gets covered but that's it.I highly endorse this cover.

This bike cover was very promising. Good reviews, seemed well made and it fit well on rack covering two e-bikes. I especially liked how it zipped completely closed and had multiple cinch straps. Unfortunately on my first road trip the cover developed holes where it rubbed on parts of the bike. One of the cinch straps failed completely. Excessive wear is apparent where some of the fabric not secured by cinch straps (as designed) flapped in the wind. I took great care to install the cover correctly and secure it to protect my bikes. I would not recommend this product as the fabric is not durable enough. I am going to try to return it for a refund as it is clearly defective.

Da meine beiden Fahrräder auf dem Balkon stehen, habe ich immer mir irgendwas günstiges gekauft um sie zu schützen. Meistens nach 6 Monaten hat sich bereits die Sonne gut um die günstigen Hüllen gekümmert. Verblast und spröde.Nicht diese Fahrradhülle. Ich habe sie bereits über ein Jahr und das einzige was sie hat ist Staub drauf. Sie ist sehr solide. Das merkt man schon beim auspacken. Kann dieses Produkt nur empfehlen.

The Black Product material is thin and rips away from the all the zippers easily over a 500 mile road trip. The top straps do an okay job, but come loose and require tightening to keep from flapping. But with no straps on the bottom to hold the material together, the material flapped underneath the rack and tore away from the zippers. the 'clear material" is much. more durable, but the black material by the end of the trip was all torn from most of the zippers and almost see through in spots. Sadly if fit our two bikes well and seemed good, but ultimately way too expensive for a disposable cover. Do NOT buy.

We originally really liked this cover for use on the back of our 5th wheel. It felt very heavy duty and easy to take on and off and i bet you could get 3 bikes in there (we only had 2). However, within the first 6 months the fabric began to deteriorate, we developed a rip that now goes from top to bottom, and neither of the zippers works. These pictures are after 8 months of use. Granted, this is 8 months of continual use as it covered our bikea continually. . This may be a good cover for you if you use it occasionally and it lives in a box most of its life.Edit: I added a star to this review because after this review, they reached out to me and refunded me. I think that is excellent customer service.

UPDATED REVIEW:I reviewed this before I used it. My original review is below this update. Here is my update. I put this cover over my two ebikes and hit the road to Florida. I was excited as the weather was not good when I left Ohio (snowing and 7 degrees) and I was confident my bikes would be protected. What a surprise I got when I arrived at my destination. The inside rubber lining had separated from the fabric on the inside of the cover and disintegrated into sticky fine rubber slivers and dust which stuck to everything. The reviews on this product are outstanding but my experience was not good. Why??? I think the reason is that I travelled from Ohio to Florida and the temp was well below freezing for the first 600 miles. I think the rubber was hard and brittle due to the low temp and this combined with the wind at 75mph hitting it over and over caused the rubber to disintegrate. Im guessing this would not happen in a warmer temp where the rubber is flexible. Simple solution, dont use the cover below freezing and for extra protection put a 3x5 cargo net over the cover to keep it tight and minimize the impact of the wind. I notified the MFR of my experience and they promptly gave me a refund . Thank uou MFRMY ORIG REVIEW: I have two Ride1Up, Series 700 ebikes (love them) which face opposite directions when on my bike rack (Young Electric Foldable Hitch 2-Bike Rack, 200 lbs Capacity Mount Platform Style, 2” rcvr). I tried a few other cheaper covers which didnt fit and were made of a much cheaper, thinner, different 600D material. This covers 600D material is super heavy duty and has a waterproof liner. The cover is the only one I have seen which has zippers and cinch cords which make it easy to install and enables you to zip the bikes and rack entirely inside the cover. It even has an access hole for the hitch. No weather can get in the bag once zipped. Spend the extra money. You will be very happy you did. It will protect and last years longer than the cheaper ones. Get the transportation heavy duty transparent model. This product is in a class by itself. Nothing compares or is even close on design, quality, protection, material.

This cover is fabulous it covers our 2 e-bikes completely on bike rack on back of our motorhome. Strong and waterproof it’s perfect! Didn’t take long to arrive either

Used this cover for the first time on a 30 day trip through the center of the US. It ripped and the zipper came apart in the first week of travel. The bottom of the cover is shredded. I bought this cover because of the clear sides. They also only have a 60 day warranty on this cover. By the time I used the cover, my 60 days was already up. Saw other reviews saying that they had similar problems. Would not recommend this cover
