Seems like a good smooth reel, make sure it is set right or you will backlash. Very light weight and functions well. Over all, decent quality for the price considering my goal was build the cheapest bait caster I could for roughing it. I paired it with a short zebco rod from Walmart.

So far, these work as they were intended. Drag works, windage works, reels smoothly. Time will tell how long this lasts but for this reason I am pleased so far.

Ok for an inexpensive reel. The worst issue is that the drag has little adjustability. That is the adjustment turns but the drag is either lose or tight and does not hold well in between.
