Ordered two units, one unit is missing screw to attach the rig to the camera ring hole on the upper left side.

I’ve used a tilta cage on my a6700 and loved it, so when I upgraded I went back to tilta for a new cage for my a7RV. I ordered the 1/2 cage thinking about better access to the control section and that has played out very well, the cage is good in the hand and fits the camera like a glove. My problems began when I went looking for the mounting hardware, the magnetic screwdriver, and the HDMI clamp. The package had been sealed it appeared from the factory, but there was no hardware kit, so I called Tilta And they told me that the item has been sold by Amazon and not directly By them, so I need to contact Amazon. Obviously that didn’t play out either so I went to a brick and mortar store, I asked to open the package before purchase to confirm contents, and now I have a Leofoto cage That had all of the parts that were listed it would come with. I come to websites like this for convenience, not to be run around all over hell and back. I was quite disappointed in the customer service on this transaction.

Quality is not very confidence inspiring. I may be spoiled by smallrig’s quality ,but when you spend 4k on a camera, a more robust cage is the way to go. Looks cool though.

Got this for my A7iv, even though this product was designed for the A7rV. The cage fits fine on the A7iv body save for removing a pre-installed small screw. Overall happy with this purchase👍

Was worried about my choice considering this product is specified for the A7R5. Though after checking dimensions realized this half cage doesn’t mess with multi function flip screen, so it fit perfectly.
