Has ports for USB c, PD (USB-C), and 2 Power Taps. Plenty for what I need.

I was pleased to see Tilta offering a V-mount plate with a USB C PD power port. That feature enabled me to adapt any V-mount battery to PD power, and power my Panasonic S1H camera and also charge the internal DMW-BLJ31 battery. The build quality is excellent, and provides a more solid connection with my batteries than my previous V-mount battery plate. Switching from vertical to horizontal mount is fast, simple and secure. The unit has a strain relief for the USB C ports (one 5V USB C and one 60 watt USB-C PD power delivery). There are two 14.8V D-tap ports, which is nice, but I wish there was a regulated 8V and/or 12V port for my other cameras. Regardless, the unit is a keeper.UPDATE: 11/28/2024As others have noticed, the D-Tap ports on the side do not grip cables securely...like, at all. I don't have a need for these ports, but it would be risky to use them for power critical equipment. I have down graded my initial review to 4 stars, as I think these ports should have been tested more thoroughly by Tilta.
