We love this fireplace! We shopped in high end fireplace stores and the prices were more than double compared to this one, and we found the overall appearance & features are even better than the more expensive ones we saw in the shops. We’ve had this one a few weeks and the fire appearance is very realistic; we are very happy with this purchase! The app works great to control-adjust colors, fire speed, brightness & it works well with our Alexa to power on & off. Very easy to set up and use. Highly recommend!

We debated between the Touchstone and a couple other brands, but settled on this one as it came in the bigger size we were looking for (72"). We did not do a built-in setup, we wanted something that was wall mounted to hang below our TV.The wall mounting wasn't difficult, just take your time, measure 3x and drill once. We don't use the heater much, but when we do it blows well. Super easy to control with the included remote or via the phone app.

The fireplace is great, sleek, and always a topic of conversation when we have folks over. Most people are used to seeing the flush in wall fireplaces, but the three sided glass, which is what we purchased, makes people turn their heads. Some things to note before purchasing to point out. 1.) If you purchase with Wifi, it will run through the Tuya Smart app. I was new to this app, but setup was easy, granted it took a few times for the initial setup to finish, but nothing too trivial as you just run it back through the process. All in all, took about a minute to setup. Alexa automatically picked it up once the fireplace was added to the Tuya app. As far as operation within the app or on the remote, very simple. Cycles through ember colors, flame colors, flame height and speed, etc. ****THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE, AND WHY ITS NOT A 5-STAR, I have a 2 1/2 yo and she constantly walks over to push the touch buttons on the face to turn the fireplace on. Once the fireplace is on, you can lock the controls so no one accidentally turns the heat on and all, but when the unit is off, you cant lock the controls from someone accidentally turning the fireplace on......in other words, in the middle of summer, if the unit is off, my daughter can accidentally turn the fireplace on and turn the heat on while I'm running the AC. My oven has a panel lock while the unit is on or off, I wish this had the panel lock while off. Maybe they can push this in a future update, but for now, this is a key reason its not 5-star because frankly i think that is a huge safety issue, but that's just my opinion. If this ever gets updated, I will change the review to 5-star for sure.

I purchased this product and received it a couple days ago, it came damaged as shown in the pictures chipped glass and frame was bent. I called touchstone as stated in the instruction manual that came with the fire, and the customer service representative did not seem to care, did not offer any solutions to send me a replacement for the broken parts. What’s the point of putting the number and the instruction manual saying to call them before calling the reseller. I did not feel the packaging was great as the styrofoam was broken when I opened it. This could have been from shipping. Something to consider before purchasing. I have requested a return and I am still waiting on a return label.I received the return and it still came damaged. The frame was bent also like the first. However the glass was not broken. I have decided to keep it because I don’t want to hassle with another exchange. I would consider this before buying this product. Be prepared for poor workmanship.

Love it. it is sooo beautiful. relaxing, lots of variety in the lighting and flames. the heater works well. it was easy to install. LOVE IT!
