I use them on dog lead ropes. They don't last more than a couple months. And when they break, they're plumb broke. No work around to get you home. Love the idea, the quick connect bullsnap, but they're just not very good . When they work, they're great. (I've got bullsnaps on horse leads I've used every day that have lasted for years). These are the last ones of these I'll buy. Decided to write this review after the snap breaking left me in a bad spot last weekend.
