The ToughBuilt Straight Cut Aviation Snips are designed to create effortless straight cuts. Forged blades with induction hardened cutting edges deliver up to 10 times more cuts than cast blades. They are built for long life and durability. The patent pending ergonomic grip design allows 2 cutting positions: rearward grip for maximum leverage, and forward grip for maximum control. The flush pivot bolt will not hang up on material for easy use. The metal lock secures the tool for storage and is easily operated with one hand. These snips are built to meet the pros’ rigorous demands.

It’s no secret I’m a fan of toughbuilt products and this one is no exception. These snips are built sharp and strong came out of the package ready to work and holds up to everything I’ve thrown at them.

With the dual grip options, this feels very good in the hand. The long nose was what I was looking for, looking to cut more with less strokes. The locking mechanism can actually be worked in one hand making a quicker application of the tool. Overall, I am pleased with this item.

My normal bulldog is Midwest. I been buying tough built product and they are good. But these bulldogs fell short on performance. Even with both grips i wasn't able to easily cut the metal compared to Midwest bulldogs. It was definitely tougher to cut. I'm sticking Midwest

I bought these when I first started sheet metal work a year ago and for bulldog snips they don't work nearly as well as I hoped. It takes a lot of effort to cut through S locks which is primarily what I bought them for. Recently upgraded to Midwest, but for the price, I guess it was okay to start with.

These cutters are great. My only comment is I wished I knew how far open the blades got before hand. Some situations were a little tough to cut because I couldn't fit them in. I might have gone for the long blades rather than the bulldog.

It cuts easily and straight. I did not expect it to leave a serrated edge.
