Easy to assemble easy to operate and tastes much better than microwave. Easy clean up. I’d go a bigger size if there’s 3 or more family members!

Missing 2 bolts and door does not close properly. Instructions only for cart part and not for cooking part.Disappointed. Had to bend metal to put together.

Don't waste your money. This machine burns the popcorn and takes all night to make 1 cup of popcorn.

We got this and set it up 6 weeks ago. It made great popcorn the first 4 or 5 times. Now it burns the popcorn by the time the first few kernels pop. I paid a lot of money for 5 batches of popcorn.I had it just over 1 month when it broke, so I can't send it back. I wish the seller would contact me to help us fix it.

I am very disappointed with this item, it’s listed as a commercial popcorn machine, but after the tedious process of putting it together I find I have more of a easy bake oven than a commercial popcorn machine.
