Plug and play for our twin 1997 Mercury 200 EFIs. These came with ground wires, but easy to install with the rest of the ground wires. Wires are slightly smaller than the stock ones, but should be fine.These regulators fixed my sporadic tachometer as well as my over-charging issue on my port motor.Would recommend, will probably buy a couple for spares for the starboard motor.
