This product is sturdy and functions as advertised. With multiple flame effect settings and a functioning thermostat, this insert will surely take the edge off on a chilly night. Be advised that although this unit is light weight and functional, it's surface mount brackets are intended to be installed from the back for a clean, tight appearance. It will sit slightly proud of to any surface when mounted from the front leaving the heads of the including screws exposed.

Box description didn't match contents, causing us to contact seller, with pictures of the box, needlessly, because our order WAS in the wrong box!!! packers need to be MORE CAREFUL!!!!! Delivered on time!! We love it!!

I was ssurprised by the good quality of this fireplace for such a low price. The functionality of the fireplace is very good, it has good lighting and ambiance. It has a timer and heats up quickly without a burnt smell like most heaters. It fits perfectly in my bookshelf without any screws or nails and also come with a bracket and screws to hang on the wall.
