How to Safely Acclimate Shrimp & Fish
Proper acclimation is essential for maintaining the health of your shrimp and fish. If a drip acclimation kit is unavailable, the following steps may be used.
1. Float the bag in the tank for 15 minutes. Ensure not to exceed this time for breathable fish bags.
2. Transfer the shrimp/fish to a small container, ensuring to remove any deceased ones.
3. Add 4 ounces of your aquarium water to the container. Repeat this process 2-3 times every 10 minutes.
4. Discard half of the water from the container and repeat step #3.
5. Carefully use a net to transfer the shrimp/fish to the aquarium.

Giving it a 4 star because I wasn't a fan of how they were packaged. Aside from that they seem to be holding up well within the first 12 hrs of arrival. They seem plenty healthy enough, shells intact and no signs of lack of calcium. Already have them scooting along the tank cleaning.

I ordered these snails & was very skeptical about doing so. I honestly could not see how they could journey through the mail & stay alive in the process. They did though & while I haven't had much luck with keeping my fish thriving, the snails seem quite healthy & happy. Thank you for the quick, safe shipping.

These snails are very pretty. They look great in my aquarium. They even sent me an extra snail.Edit:One of my snails did not make it. I asked for a replacement and it was sent out to me within a few hours. The service was excellent and easy to get thru. I will definitely purchase again. I was sent 3 replacements and I had only lost one. They were all moving around within minutes of being in my tank. Highly recommend this seller.

UPDATE: All the snails have died that I purchased from this vendor. I already had one snail in one of the tanks I purchased from PetSmart about 2 months and it is doing fine. I have had snails before, and never have had a problem with them. My water parameters are perfect. So disappointed!My snails arrived yesterday September 23, 2024. I followed the instructions on how to acclimate them.So far, I am impressed with the snails. If anything changes, I will update this review.
