Being plastic, was concerned these would be flimsy, but they are not. Will be ordering more.

These are over $1.50 each at a big box store. These are a screaming value for how many you get and how much you pay for each. The shape and quality are superior, with the point you pound in the ground much better, which means they will stay in the ground better. You have nothing to lose. These are a solid good buy! I highly recommend these 1/2 inch irrigation hose anchors.Use a rubber mallet. These are a value plus!

I bought these for 1/2" hose, but they don't fit it at all. Come to find out, 1/2" is the smallest they're supposed to fit - they're really a much better fit for my standard 5/8" garden hose. I'll still get some good use out of them, but now I have to buy more stakes for my 1/2" hose - maybe if I get some 1/4" stakes it'll work out (?)

These stakes work really well in dirt. In Florida however, there is quite a lot of sand in the soil. I have found that in areas where the soil is sandier, laying a paver brick on the irrigation tubing and then staking works much better than staking sans bricks. I leave the paver brick on the tubing for a few days to help train the curly tubing. And the stakes haven’t moved since, even with tons of recent rain.

They looked good at first, I like the extra spikes on the upright. Unfortunately, they bent in hard dirt. Going to have to look for metal spikes this point.

I purchased these so I could add more stakes to my drip system. I had originally installed it using those metal U shaped things. They were okay but when the ground gets wet, they want to push upward. So, I got these plastic ones to replace the metal ones. They worked GREAT!! I did have two of them that bent when I tried to hammer it into the ground but our ground is very hard and dry so I'm not complaining about that. The 5-inch length was perfect.
