This is a very good value for the price point. The ladder is easy to use and sufficiently sturdy.

This 10.5 foot Cosco ladder seemed very safe and well made but at 25 pounds, it was overkill for attic access but not quite tall enough for single-story house gutters access. I think you'd need a minimum 12.5 foot ladder for that but that would be even heavier so I made the decision to return this one and buy a 9.8 foot ladder which at 18 pounds seems much more manageable. Will at some point look at regular extension ladders for the gutters.
