Reviewing TinyHaven Ergonomic Kneeling Chair with Wooden Frame – I’m in a lot of conference calls most days. My back ends up hurting, my butt ends up hurting. My brain. All of it. I’m looking for ways to make it easier. I get up every hour to stretch and walk around for five to ten minutes, but I need more mitigation. I used to have a kneeling chair when I was younger. I knew it was the way to go.This arrived with assembly required. It was easy to put together. The instructions were not that great, but it was intuitive, so I really didn’t need them. The cushions are not top of the line, and neither are the bolts but the frame is good quality. I was able to get all the parts lined up and bolted in place with no frustrations. They rocking function works well. The cushions work well for me, but they are not that comfy for my husband, which is much larger. They size is good, but the cushion factor is lacking for anyone over 150lbs or so. The cushions are adjustable, which helps with the comfort. Rating 4 stars.

I’ve had back pain for a while, and this chair really helps keep my posture straight. It’s surprisingly comfortable, and the materials feel high quality. It’s well-built and sturdy, with comfortable padding on both the seat and knee rests. The height and angle adjustments make it easier to find the right position for your body type.Took a bit to adjust, but now I love using it. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for support and relief.

Arrived well-packed and easy to assemble. The angled seat instantly improves posture—no more slouching! Padded knee rests are comfy, and the rocking base keeps you moving. Takes some time to get used to, but great for active sitting. Would recommend!

This is not a very sturdy chair.I tightened screws as much as possible. If you don’t wiggle too much it’s not bad. One of pins was not machined well and none of the screws would go into it.The wood is soft and will dent easily.Cushions are not terribly comfortable, but you can adjust them.I don’t think this is a good value.

Whoever wrote the directions for putting this chair together obviously didn't ever try putting it together. That person totally ignored telling the user what to do with those little nut-like items that function as cam-locks.If you've put together enough Ikea and Ikea-like furniture, you'll figure it out after a while. But without decent written or illustration directions, it is frustrating. So, how is the chair itself? Well, the wood portions are made from very solid sturdy one-inch thick plywood. Once you assemble it, you can be pretty sure that it's going to last. But I've been using it for less than 1/2 hour and already, I'm uncomfortable. The kneeling portion of the chair has far too little padding. I can't imagine using this all day.Because I already did go through the trouble of putting it together, I will probably try to figure out how to remove the cover, add some memory foam, and put it back together again. Not sure if that will solve the problem but it's worth a try.If you haven't yet ordered this, and you're looking for a kneeling chair, I'm sorry to say that I can't recommend this one. Keep looking.

This is a great chair. It was reasonably easy to put together and had no missing parts like the one I had ordered before this one. I didn't have any problem getting it into my office and got it set up the way I thought I would like for it to be. One problem, which may not affect everyone, is that my shins are so bony that there is almost no padding between the bone and my skin! The chair provides a nice thick cushion to kneel on, but unless my shins develop calluses, it's not going to work for me, as getting up is agonizingly painful. I tried putting bubble wrap on the kneeling cushion, and that didn't help. Then this morning I put a honeycomb seat cushion that I had purchased previously on the kneeling cushion, and my shins are so sore from yesterday that I am sitting here writing this with my feet on the floor on either side of the chair - not quite what I had envisioned. Who would have thought???
