How to use Disposable Outdoor Fly Trap (Big Bag)

  • Our traps attract all common flies, including: house flies, blow flies, flesh flies, stable flies, phorid flies, drain flies, horse flies, deer flies, cluster flies and tachinid flies.

  • Double bag the trap, i.e. tie a plastic bag around it, then tie another around that, then put it in the outdoor trash. Double bagging with prevent the smelly liquid leaking into your trash can.

  • Our traps attract flies from over 30 feet away. We advise replacing the trap after 3 month or once the bag becomes full, which ever is sooner. If the water level drops via evaporation, you can top it up with fresh water as many times as needed.

  • We use all natural ingredients which are not harmful (egg, fish, bran, yeast), so your dog will be fine.

  • While it looks gross, this will actually make the trap even more attractive to flies as it will smell even stronger. So you can keep using the trap until it is full, even if maggots start to grow inside.

I’ve used these before, or at least a brand similar to this, and without fail they work wonderfully. But you have to know they attract flies through a stinky smell. So, don’t place them where a breeze will blow the smell into your house.Also, if you have dogs, don’t place them low enough for your dog to get one, because if your dog is anything like mine, he’ll grab it and shred it because it’s such a heavenly rank smell. Ask me how I know. This is the same dog who dived toward a mound of horse manure left on a trail. Barely caught him in time.So yes, I give five stars to this. All you have to do is hang it up high enough and near enough where flies congregate and soon the bag will be full of the darned things.

We were being overrun by flies as we live in the country and the rains have been constantly pouringHung these traps and first day at least caught 50 flies and by 5 days the bags were full and ordered more bag We love these things

These are great for small patio areas where your dogs might poop, they help us to reduce the fly population and keep the area clean without gross smells. Easy to set up, easy to install, very effective.

Works as it should although the smell of it stinks after several days starts to smell like something dead the bag says up to 3 months, but I doubt, I'll keep it hanging that long due to the smell lol. But does what it's supposed to do. Catches Flys and has an easy design.

Best thing to remove Flys from your door and sitting area.You do not want to to sit close to this bag. It smells like rotting flesh. You will be surprised how many flies it will attract. I got the 4 pack. Flys were getting in my house when the door was open and all over me when sitting on the porch. After setting 1 bag,I ha e. Ot had 1 fly pester me.

No wonder the flies love this thing, it smells like a populated cow pasture - Plan accordingly. Definitely catches flies but didn’t fully do what I was looking for.

Updated review: 1 to 4 stars .I initially left a negative review because the fly trap didn’t catch any flies. After that, the seller reached out to me promptly and offered a full refund, which I truly appreciated.I also decided to give the product another try by placing it under direct sunlight to heat it up. After doing that, it seems to release more scent, and it actually started catching some flies. It’s not perfect, but it works better than before. Big thanks to the seller for their excellent customer service and follow-up.………………I had high hopes based on the reviews, but this trap didn’t catch even one fly. The smell wasn’t nearly as strong or disgusting as others described—maybe that’s why it didn’t attract any flies. They just flew around it but never actually went inside. Very disappointing, especially for an outdoor area where flies are usually a problem.
