I purchased the GinTai DC Power Jack more than once, the last of which was received on February 24, 2025. These products are not built well and become damaged quickly. It's also not the OEM size nor fit for the Dell 2 in 1 laptop series correctly. Will you stand by your product?

This particular product fits Inspiron 5481 perfectly.It works and it is about the correct length to connect it to the MB connector.It has been in the Laptop for about 2 months now.

easy to install, credit to Dell design: plug in and that’s all it took, i also replaced battery and charger cord total cost $68. laptop working like new, other issues resolved. Other laptops require direct soldering and removing all parts first which keeps Dell at top of list for making this repair cheap quick and easy!!! So no reason to buy a new one. Recommend patience when prying bottom cover off. Some screws will not allow complete removal ( the middle screws ) outside screws come out all the way. Use two small flat head screwdrivers, slip one in to get started then slip the second about two inches away and rotate the screwdriver you will think you’re going to break the cover then you will hear a snap or ‘pop’ sound releasing bottom cover anchor point then repeat until bottom cover can be removed. Takes about ten minutes.

Very easy for this NON-tech savvy person to instal and the laptop is working just fine! Saved us hundreds of dollars to replace laptop or even $100 for someone else to do it for us. Well worth the "risk" to see if that's what's needed.
