I do cook frenchfries3 to 4 times a week . I love to deep fry turkey fish etc. Before I would waste so much oil because it would get so dirty. Now with these filters I save $45.00 every 2 months by straining the oil after every second use. The cooking of turkey etc. the food does not leave the taste of other foods. My wife says the smell in the house is much better than using dirty oil.
