This is a fantastic lense for the price! Af on my xe2 was annoyingly slow but on my xt3 it was noticeably faster to focus. 1.8 is a bit soft but not unusable by any means. It's a great, fast portrait lenses that will hold you over until you can upgrade to something sharper and better constructedThe plastic housing, finished in a matte black that shows every mark, of mine is already dinged and "scratched" just from hauling it around in camera over the holiday season
