I got the lens for my Canon R7 camera. I am giving 3 stars only because the infinity mark on the focus ring is way out of where it should provide a sharp infinity focus. If you set it up to infinity all your pictures will be out of focus. After several test sharp infinity images are possible only if you set the focus ring close to 2 meters (~6 ft). I don't know if my unit is defective or is a common issue, I found a review and a comment in Reedit describing similar issues.Other than that the lens has a great aperture, very low fringing and chromatic aberration, and is quite wide. Once you find the sweet spot for focus (objects farther than 3 meters, you have to focus close to 2 meter mark in my unit), the images come quite sharp. It would be great if TT artisan mark the real infinity as other lenses do.

So far so good, the only thing I don't like is a little soft

The lens arrived with the cap that is attached to the base of the lens wedged on so tight that it cannot be removed.

Stupid me, i got the wrong mount so I can’t say much. Materials are insanely impressive. Smooth focus ring, has some weight to it. A little hefty but manageable. WIDE aperture.

General sharpness is good, and manual focus is smooth. Good for both photo and video for aps-c sensor camera.

A true modern vintage. If you don't mind manual focusing, this lens is a true gem. And that price! When using, don't use focus peaking as it really is not accurate enough. Use the punch-in technique and learn to be patient. Try not to use this lens with fast or erratic moving subjects. Instead, use it on static or controllable subjects. I use this lens on a Canon M50 MkII. You will love your results!

This portrait lens is great on my Fuji X pro one because it fits in perfectly and doesn’t take a ton of wiggling to get it on. I am always so nervous with these longer lenses to fit them onto my cameras because it takes a bit of maneuvering and I don’t wanna click something wrong but this one slides in perfectly which is a symbol of a well-made and quality design. I’m not a huge fan of shooting with a portrait lens because I think it takes away from some other potentials in photography but this one is so highly adjustable that you can shoot both in portrait and with less of an F stop and the pictures still look high quality and professional. Even though I am just a photographer for fun I like to mess around with the capabilities of lenses to make sure that I can get the exact shot I’m envisioning in my mind. This one has so many potential settings that I don’t even think I’ve discovered them all yet. The aperture is fantastic and its ability to let light in dark places is also one of its leading features which is great for me because I’m off and shooting in stormy or dark settings.I have worked so long with film camera lenses that they are often old and don’t have enough oil to be adjusted smoothly which is why this lens lends itself to such a high technological standard— it is extremely easy to adjust and does so smoothly, so much so that even when it is mounted on a tripod and the tripod doesn’t move when I’m adjusting the lens. This is truly a well-oiled machine and doesn’t take a ton of maintenance to maintain its high quality. The overall fitness of this lens on my Fuji X pro one is incomparable to any other lens I’ve tried to use on the same camera as well as others. I hope this sets the standard for more lenses to come from TTartisan and other lens manufacturers. I highly recommend this lens for both portrait shots and experimenting with different kinds of foci!

For the GFX 50s II, the lens is a circular fisheye.Focus is a bit challenging but center of frame is sharp and has a good IQ
