This adapter solves the problem with 2019 and newer GM/Chevrolet trucks not working with the rear camera onRVs (some type of power supply issue). I have a 2025 Chevy 2500 and no matter which rear camera system I tried, the video would freeze and not provide a constant updated view of what was behind us. This unit solved that problem with clear, constant video from the rear RV camera. There is a name brand version that costs $20 more and would probably work as well, but this one for $48 did the trick. Looks well made and interfaces easily between the trailer connector and truck.
