I needed this to take the wheels off my 1997 Isuzu NPR (one of the Isuzu N series, also known as the GMC W4500 I think? Also known as Isuzu elf) box truck. It worked perfectly. (I mean, after I got a huge cheater bar and plenty of wd40 of course)

Used to take the wheels off an Isuzu NPR or Chevy W4500. Good luck buying one of these locally it's an odd size. Bummer to buy a special tool for one job but that's life.

Working on medium duty trucks I don't need to use a 1" gun to mount wheels back on a truck. I didn't want to spend the absurd money on a tool truck socket and I've seen other brands not hold up with coworkers. I have this one a shot and it's just right. Strong doesn't round the buds and is the right depth that it doesn't grab the bud when taking off the outside nut.

Its a little short for rear dually wheels with the square head lug holding the inner tire on it catches the square head when some times when taking off the lug nut. I just pull it back about half off the nut. I am a mechanic and use it on Isuzu's

This is one of those tools that's so obvious. It works perfectly.Removing dual rear wheels without something like is a waste of time.
