The product doesn't work with the FX3 Tilta Cage V2. I called Support to verify its compatibility, and they assured me it would work. However, upon receiving it and testing it out, it's clear that it doesn't fit anywhere on the cage. When I called Support again, they seemed completely clueless. Additionally, there were no manuals or instructions provided.

This was originally designed for the FX6 Tilta cage, and I can't comment on how this works for that. I purchased this (two) for the FX3, which Tilta has indicated this also works for. However, it does not.First, the workmanship is fantastic as is most of Tilta's products. It is also a good theoretical design as it does a good job of balancing the rig even though it attaches on the side of the rig. However, there are two main problems. 1) The captive 1/4-20 screw that attaches the handle to the cage is too long (or the threaded hole on the FX3 cage is not deep enough), as the screw bottoms out before the handle is tightened to the cage. I fixed this problem by using another slightly shorter captive 1/4-20 screw I had laying around. But be advised that out-of-the-box, it doesn't work with the FX3 Cage. This was the case on two handles I tried. And more importantly, 2) the handle simply doesn't work - the problem is that there is only one securing point (one 1/4-20 screw) and no matter how much you tighten that, the handle will work its way loose because of rotational force. This handle needs two points of contact (two securing points/two screws) to work, period - but it only has one.Needless to say, I returned it.
