It is somewhat miraculous that one can get this quality at this price. It is also small, light, and unobtrusive. Autofocus may be a little slower than a native Nikon lens but on my copy the sharpness compares nicely with Nikon optics. I seek perfection in my wildlife shooting (which I do with a hefty telephoto lens) but I purchased this lens to enable me to enjoy urban, family and landscape shooting when I'm not among wildlife. I don't anticipate any problem in getting excellent images from it.

What can I say... for the price and the sharpness and clarity this lens bring to the table. It simply can't be beat. The manual aperture dial is handy, and I would say, the only downside to a manual dial is that sometimes I bump it. This lens is metal construction and you do have to be careful with the lens hood when inverted for storage, because it can scratch on the focus ring. These are just little things, and not worth losing a star over. If you want a fast prime, this is basically the nifty fifty for your APS-C camera. Autofocus works great. Make sure you update your firmware when you get, it fixes some minor bugs with the autofocus.

This is a wonderful ultra wide lens for my landscape photography. I bring this whenever I travel. The quality is very sharp, and the item itself feels very premium! I love this and I will recommend this to anyone in the market for an ultra-wide prime lens

This has been a great lens for me. I’ve used it for a couple of shoots and it has delivered. Fast autofocus, nice bokeh and good value overall. I would recommend it if you are on a budget otherwise go Nikon.

I use the Viltrox 85 mm with my Nikon Z6II mirrorless camera and the portraits and photos come out amazing. Beautiful prime lens. Came in a professional beautiful box with the lens tightly secured. No need for an F mount.
