This power adapter cord fits perfectly and allows me to plug my 30-amp plug into a 15-amp outlet.Like most RVs, mine is equipped with a 30-amp plug to handle the power required to run the air conditioner. But what do you do when there is no 30-amp outlet available to run the air conditioner, but you still want to run the refrigerator, microwave, TV, and other items that require only 15-amp service?The answer is this little dog bone. It allows you to plug your 30-amp cord into a 15-amp outlet. Of course, you need to make sure you don't exceed 15 amps while you are using this. Essentially that means don't try to turn on the air conditioner.The quality of this adapter feels solid and the plugs all fit together snug with my other cords. I like the little flexible cable between the plugs that makes it easy to connect even in tight spaces.

This is a good dogbone for plugging your 30 amp cord into household power. It's good quality. It has a nice finger-pull handle to disconnect it from your 30 amp cable. It's every bit as nice as the one I got at an RV dealer but a lot less expensive. I recommend!
